1. Check if all instruments and control mechanisms inside the cab are functioning properly.

2. Check whether the conveyor trough and inclined conveyor chain rake are loose, whether the tension is appropriate, and adjust and tighten them in a timely manner.

3. Check the reliability of the steering and braking systems.

4. Check the position of the adjusting telescopic teeth and correct the deformed agitator blades.

5. Check whether the tension of the triangular belt and chain of the small corn harvester is appropriate, and whether the pulleys and sprockets are loose. Adjust the tensioning wheel in a timely manner and tighten the pulleys and sprockets.

6. Check the oil level of the hydraulic system oil tank, whether there is any leakage in the connection joints of the oil circuit, and whether the flange connection and fixation are loose. If the hydraulic oil is insufficient, it should be added in a timely manner. If leakage or looseness is found, it should be welded, tightened or replaced in a timely manner.

7. Check the water level in the engine water tank, fuel tank, and diesel engine pan, and add it in a timely manner if it is insufficient.

8. Check the connection and edge condition of electrical circuits, and repair any damage or poor contact in a timely manner.

9. Check the sealing status of the sealing plate, shaking plate, threshing part, and various hole covers at the inlet of the drum, and ensure that there is no grain leakage.

10. Check whether the connection and fastening parts of the frame and wheel system, as well as the backup nuts or anti loosening pin shafts of each pull rod, are loose or detached, and tighten and replace them in a timely manner.

11. Clean the filter element and inner chamber ventilation duct of the air filter of the small corn harvester.

12. Check whether the blade gap is appropriate and whether the cutter is damaged, and adjust or replace it if necessary.
